One of the most influence activities undertaken by the Transformational Team is the one that helps them determine the order in which elements of the Transformational Model are completed, we recommend the adoption of the House of Quality methodology.

The House of Quality is the basic design tool that identifies and classifies the importance (influence) each of the Transformational Modules have in the Objectives & Key Results.

Simply put, the Transformational Team is able to identify the order in which elements of the Organisational Blueprint should start worked; Therefore, helping the creation of a Transformational Roadmap.
