Once the Transformational Office is responsible for forming a dedicated Cross-discipline Agile Transformational Team, one of their first actions is the selection and publication of a suitable Transformational Model

Ownership of the Transformational Model rests with the Transformational Team.

Too often transformational programs commence without first agreeing on the scope of the Transformational Model, which otherwise would ensure the transformational team:

  • defines the boundaries of the transformation

  • adopts a common language and clear activity ownership

  • creates a clear view on the level of change being planned
