The Transformational Blueprint Roadmap is one of the initial deliverables of the Transformational Team, providing an insight into when each module of the Transformational Model will be translated into the Organisational Transformational Blueprint.

The order is greatly influenced by the findings from the Value Stream Mapping exercise and the findings of the contribution each of the Transformational Model play in meeting the Organisational Objectives & Key Results.
