The following factors that influence the efficiency of an agile team’s decision-making capability are:

Clearly defined and agreed set of key results with the sponsor or leadership .
a concise and transparent product backlog structure that promotes a data-driven approach to decision-making is adopted
Pre-agreed key performance indicator tolerance levels have been agreed with the sponsor or leadership at least for the current quarter.
The agile team consists of a cross-functional (multi-disciplinary) membership.
The awareness and promotion of servant leadership behavioural traits across the organisation.
