What are the daily responsibilities of a Product Owner?

The following items are the daily responsibility of the Product Owner:

Promote the product vision amongst the Team. An ability to tell a story, i.e. articulate the needs, importance and benefits to increase team's motivation and commitment
Act as the Voice of the Customer. Represent the customer in all the ceremonies to ensure the needs and wants of the customer are priority
Prioritise the product backlog. Ensure the Team is always working on those items that represent the highest value
Lead negotiations with Stakeholders. Constant dialogue with the Stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and are fully informed about the Teams progress
Host a number of ceremonies, e.g. Backlog
Refinement and Iteration Reviews. Ensure correct attendance, scope and output from these two ceremonies
Sign off implemented user stories. Act at the final approver of quality, ensuring what is finally delivered is that which si required
Make the hard decisions. Be prepared to lead the team, knowing they might not always get it right.
Understand and promote the adoption of the Agile 12 Principles. Be a champion for adopting the Agile ways of working and flourishing of the Agile mindset
