Form Performance Improvement COP or Guild

A Performance Improvement Community of Practice or Guild takes on responsibility for analysing all the performance challenges and critical retrospective feedback on a minimum of a monthly basis to identify common performance challenges or possible best practices.

The Community or Guild is typically constructed within the Agile Centre of Excellence.

Whilst the individual agile teams remain focused on dealing with the issues in real-time, other the COP or Guild take on responsibility for dealing with common issues.

The COP or Guild findings help the organisation first determine whether the issue is an isolated incident. Where necessary the cost of the helps the organisation determine a long-term fix. Whether at a department, division or strategic level.
