The primary responsibilities held by an agile team coach are:
Teach the principle characteristics of agile ways of working through its application on a real-world project
Constantly assess and address the agile team’s and individual’s agile understanding and adoption
Engage with the Agile Centre of Excellence to ensure consistency of the adoption of the agile operating and organisation models
Feedback experience or observations from the real-world project into the Agile Centre of Excellence to promote best practices, and identify and address performance challenges
Dedicate time teaching the appointed agile team scrum master the principles and practicalities of the agile ways of working
Dedicated time teaching the appointed product owner the principles and practicalities of creating and developing a successful product backlog and effective stakeholder engagement
