Organisational Transformational Model

The Transformational Office is responsible for forming a dedicated Cross-discipline Agile Transformational Team.

Representation typically includes:

  • People & Culture: Ensuring the transformation changes the DNA of the organisation and creates a continuous learning environment.

  • Legal, Financial & Back Office: Lead the tasks required to deign, build and adopt a series of transformational model components, including, lean budgeting and associated governance frameworks and practices.

  • Agility Lead: Works closely with the community of experts on the design and development of such deliverables as ‘ways of working, promoting customer centricity, tool selection and deployment, and most importantly the fresh approach to requirements management and ceremony cadence.

  • Digital & IT Services: Collaborating with the Agile CEO, representatives from Digital and IT Services will help in the identification, deployment and support of the necessary digital tools to support the new ways of working.

  • Change Management: Engaged throughout the entire program, a Change Management representative will ensure there is a constant flow of communication, using multiple channels, relying news and insights to drive up awareness and engagement.

  • Learning & Training: The creation and delivery of a wealth of new resources, including training course material, self-help guides, tutorials, online videos and the selection and engagement of external accredited vendors and certificates will fall to the learning & training representative.
