Whilst the Transformational Office retains ownership for designing, implementing and measuring the progress of a series of Organisational Objectives & Key Results, any number of cross-discipline Agile Teams will the responsibility of achieving their own set of objectives & key results.

With the responsibility for co-owning, co-creating, and co-delivering the Organisational Blueprint, the Agility CEO will assign an appropriate Agility Coach. The Agility Coach will take on responsibility for ensuring the Transformational Blueprint is understood and adopted correctly, for example, ways of working. And where necessary feedback is provided back to the Transformational Team via the Agility COE to constantly enhance the quality of the Transformational Blueprint.
