Agile led projects milestones are date and value orientated. Agile led projects don’t attempt to lockdown the scope, date and cost. Choosing to accept that the key milestones dates remain fixed, whilst the scope will be refined to meet the date. The allocate budgets of an Agile projects rarely changes by large amounts due to forming of stable teams. Scope is refined based on the value it creates for the customer. Always ensuring the most important requirements are delivered first, subjecting less valuable requirements to possible exclusion in preference to meeting the milestone.
