Whilst Agile methodology was initially designed to address a number of challenges associated with traditional software & IT projects; during the past few year we have seen a growing number of successful Agile transformational programs at bluechip organisations. The adoption of agile within these organisations see the creation of multi-disciplinary agile teams responsible for the entire life cycle, incorporating, co-analysis, co-design, co-creation, co-validation and co-support. The success of such complex agile transformations calls for significant changes to an organisation’s operating model, organisational model, facilities and technology, and their governance and practices, which are all described in detail as part of the Monetical Agile Transformational Blueprint.
