REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your subscription, you can request a refund for the previous month.

You can request a refund up to 15 days from the date of the subscription payment date.

Refund requests must be made to subscriptions@monetical.com.
The following information must be provided when making a refund request:

Subscription period start and end date, e.g. 2nd May 2019 to 1st June 2019.
Account Number. This is a 6 digit number that appear on your Administration panel.
The number of named user subscriptions being requested.
Account email address with who Monetical should contact for further details.
A brief explanation as to why you are requesting a refund.
